So,this started 2 days ago and has been like that since. Everytime i try to watch a video on YouTube,it crashes. No,it's not Adobe flash player,it's Firefox itself that crashes. I have tried a lot of things : searched similar articles, watched videos about the issue, update Firefox,Adobe,Adobe shockwave,REMOVED Adobe shockwave, removed add-ons,started on safe-mode,disabled hardware acceleration, amongst other things. Any help would be appreciated.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Please note that by crashing i meant it just stopped responding and if i try to do anything else than waiting,it will crash. The reason why i'm reporting this is because whenever mozilla starts working after not responding it just stops responding again and again until i give up on waiting.

Disable / update Módulo de Proteção

Disabling it didn't work, the plugin (Módulo) auto-updates itself and there are no updates currently going on,meaning that everything is up-to-date.

There is no support site, and i'm still mistyfied on how completely unninstalling the plugin STILL didn't fix the problem. Now to answer your question,it's a security plugin to acess my bank account through my computer. If you can't find it anywhere on google it's probably because i'm on a different country.

I figured that from the name. Check with the bank. Someone must know that program.
