where is the big orange Firefox Menu Tab?

Just reset Firefox to it initial settings (it was very slow and freezing up on me). In the upper left hand corner I used to have the big orange Firefox Menu tab, which is supposed to show up if you remove the Menu Bar. It hasn't show up and I don't know how to get it back. Appreciate some help please. I'm using Firefox 45.0.1 Windows 7

That went away a while ago.

Pressing the keyboard Alt key will temporarily get you the menu bar back again. The ornage button top left was replaced with the three bar button top right.

The new menu is customisable. and has other buttons within it which may be moved. See
