Why are my saved passwords for each email account, only saved until I leave Thunderbird(TB)? Next time I start up TB there are no saved passwords. v45.2.0 Win10

On a new Windows 10 Home 64bit PC, I have installed Thunderbird v45.2.0. I set up my several email accounts and used the password manager to save the individual passwords for each email account. Each time I restart Thunderbird, I have to put in the individual passwords for each email account, despite ticking for them to be saved in the password manager. In the hope that it would make a difference, I also set up a master password for Thunderbird but this did not improve things.

Is there a way I can avoid having to input all the individual email account passwords again and again?

Note: I have Thunderbird set up on my Win7 32bit laptop and all works as it should. Many thanks

Thanks christ1. I uninstalled CCleaner and that has solved the problem. I guess within CCleaner I need to untick a check-box. Many thanks again.
