When I open a new tab I get the message:

FILE NOT FOUND Firefox can't find the file at resource://caa1-adoicaxffmovix-at-jetpack/gomovix/data/index.html.

Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.
Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

That is a problem with an extension that modified the new tab page and is no longer installed or working properly.

Do you still get this error in Safe Mode?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
