Open links in maximized window

more options

I'm running Firefox 47.0.1 on a Windows 10 machine. Whenever I click a link to open a new window, it opens but not maximized. It doesn't open minimized but in a midsize window.

Chosen solution

On Windows 7, what I usually get is new windows in the same style as the original: maximized => maximized, resizable => resizable.

However, we had a similar question recently where I discovered that if you enable the Title Bar then I get: maximized => resizable. Does that sound like your setup?

Title Bar is turned on and off using the Customize feature. See: Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.
