Gmail not popup the "Signout" and "Google Apps" in a full HD laptop using firefox.

more options

I am using my laptop with full HD display. Have both "Mozilla Firefox" and "Google Chrome". I am using Gmail in both the browsers. In Chrome, it is working perfect. But when in firefox, it is not showing me up the "Signout" and "Google Apps" options. The google apps redirecting to a new page where I can see the apps and open new tab of the profile icon shows the signout option in a new page. But not able to work on the same page as a popup window. I tried clearing cache, and clear all the profile settings, reinstalling, etc. Still no luck.

Please help me to fix this issue

Earlier this year, a user had a similar problem on the Google Pakistan home page which unfortunately I was not able to properly solve, but you can see all the suggestions I would give you for this here: google.com more option (Google Apps) not working.

Another user with similar symptoms was able to resolve them by changing Firefox's connection setting, which was one of the suggestions. See: Unable to click and show Google menu: both "Google Apps" and "Account".

Thank you for this. The second option works for me. :)
