Running WIn 10 Oct update. Firefox 49. For unrelated reasons I had to uninstall and re-install Firefox. Now neither Mozilla nor Firefox show in the Windows App list so I can not right click to pin to taskbar. I have also tried to Rt click on the program icon (not the shortcut) but only "Pin" option is to pin to Start
