how to remove dotted lines on video players?

When i click on video players there is dotted lines around the player and i have to click somewhere else on the website so it disappears but will still appear after clicking player. this started after the other update this has happened before in the past but was fixed for me after a new update came out but this tome the new update didn't remove it
