Is there any way to select an email address as a 'safe sender'?

A very important sender email address keeps being 'junked'; I have to spot it in the junk folder and 'un-junk' it several times a day. Is there any way of adding it to 'safe-sender' list to prevent this happening?

Chosen solution

Is this sender in your Address Book? This is supposed to stop messages being labelled Junk, but…

A workaround might be to create a filter to manage these messages. It might do something pointless such as marking them as Unread, but take care to set it to run "before classification" and hopefully these messages will then be excluded from consideration by the Junk Controls.
