How can I get a DRM to connect with the browser so that I can play videos?

I want to play certain videos on Amazon with my Firefox browser, but I keep getting the message that my browser does not have a DRM to play the videos. I have the DRM (Woodvine) in my addons and plugins and have it checked and always activated. Still no playing. I have tried and tried, but always get the same message on Amazon videos. At times I can get Youtube to play, but I would prefer the regular browser. Any suggestions?

I checked the play DRM box already. It still makes no difference.
