Firefox keeps freezing with this message box: "Firefox has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. .."
If I go to "?" and hit the refresh button, I can get Firefox to work again, but only until it freezes all over again.

How often does this happen? What were you and Firefox doing at the time?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?

Hi FredMcD- Safe Mode does not solve the problem. I just opened FF this am & the box appeared yet again. I had to refresh FF just to reply to your message. It's annoying. Any alternative solutions? thanks, roland~
Start your Computer in safe mode with networking. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?
