IVE TRYED SEVERAL TYMES, DIFFERENT WAYS. THE ONE I USE MOST IS GET ON INTERNET EXPLORER TYPE IN FIREFOX, GO TO "OFFICIAL PAGE", CLICK ON "FIREFOX FOR WINDOWS" THEN "CLICK TO DOWNLOAD FIREFOX". Maybe you are running Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode?
