cannot download from 1 of 3 email addresses on same Roadrunner account; other 2 addresses downloading normally
Have a Roadrunner email account through Time Warner, recently changed to Spectrum. The account has 3 email addresses. Two of the 3 are working fine, but I cannot retrieve new messages for 1 of the addresses. I get the error message "The RETR command did not succeed. Error retrieving a message. Mail server mail.twc.com responded: no such message." There is a similar thread with suggested solution to delete the popstate.dat file but that did not work for me.

there is a popstate.dat file for each account. My guess is you deleted the wrong one.
