We have a number of Firefox installations on Windows Server 2003 (R2) and 2008 (R2) which contain security vulnerabilities. Is Firefox supported on for these Operating Systems and if so, are security fixes still made available? I have read that only version 52 supports these Operating systems and it has been suggested that security fixes are still made available?

Firefox 56 supports Windows 7,8 & 10 only.

There is an extended release version based on Firefox 52 that does support Windows 2003. It will have security updates till about June 2018
