I synced the safari bookmarks from my ipad via icloud with my laptop (windows 7). I put the i-cloud add-on on my mozilla browser.the icloud sign appears at the mozilla toolbar on the top... and when i checked in settings it is shown as enabled. Now... big question: How can i actually access the bookmarks from my ipad (safari) in the mozilla browser on my laptop?

No idea. See the Extension page for it's support site and info https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/icloud-bookmarks/
