"Not working" as in you get error message, or pages just do not load, or pages load but links/buttons do not work?

Is it possible your internet connection has content restrictions? This may be the case with some home wireless routers. Public hotspots might also have restrictions.

(Steven Colbert recently was discussing that site without being allow to use its exact name. Very funny.)
