I dont understand the point of this arbitrary design change, there's even a gap where it should be. I tried to customise the space but I couldn't add the button back there either. It's not as though this is something that has any significant benefit either, you aren't going to win more users over from Chrome because its already like something they know, its just annoying to the people who have been with firefox (like aroud 10 years at this point) and make us relearn muscle memory, the I only reason I looked at that section of the screen was because nothing appeared. The fact I can customise it to add everything but itself back there adds insult to injury, please just make it fully modular because I know it's never going to be returned as this is innovation or whatever

And because of this, the stop/refresh button has moved, another inconvenient design choice, their close proximity meant you could place your mouse on the right side of the screen where the search, bookmark and cancel/refresh buttons were (as well as the scroll bar if you were so inclined) and have these somewhat essential parts of a browser a very small distence and movement away, like most people I dont have my mouse set to a high dpi or whatever, and the fact i have to use two movements to get to the refresh is an inconvenience. Seriously expand whatever focus groups you used, or cease to use them, or even go by an absolute classic of a phrase, if it aint broke, dont fix it

Support Volunteers can't make changes to Firefox and the developers do not directly monitor this site. To submit suggestions for new or changed features, may I suggest:

Feedback: https://qsurvey.mozilla.com/s3/FirefoxInput/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Firefox Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/firefox

There also is a forum run by the Add-ons team where you may see talk about potential future capabilities of extensions to modify the UI (initially limited to colors, I think, but perhaps more down the road): https://discourse.mozilla-community.org/c/add-ons

Safe for the rest of it but don't patronise me, I know how to install flash, it's disabled constantly because I rarely have need for it, and it will be updated when I see fit

No one is patronizing you and the info re: Flash is given to anyone that has out dated Flash, so in other words I am doing what I Volunteered to and that was to help people with Firefox Issues. If you had send info to Mozilla turned on I might have been asking you to update your Video Card Drivers as well.

Have a try at this please : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customize-firefox-controls-buttons-and-toolbars

You mention a button I have no idea what that looks like myself.
