This is my third cell phone in 6 months I am a TBI patient. The other two was an LG L V6 4 The other was a Samsung Galaxy S5 I dropped my phone in a cab and remembered all of a sudden but feel as though something is wrong with this device is there some method that I could do to reboot in safe mode or something?

This does not sound like an issue with Firefox for Android but is an issue your mobile service provider or a specialist Android forum would be able to assist you with.
