I installed several extensions (for the newest version) but among those only a single one, Video Download Helper appears in the customize menu. The others I can't appear on the header of Firefox, I can't add them, I can only check them in the addons manager. They are enabled, they are all up to date, except I cannot use them because they have no icons... I tried restoring the default setup in Firefox but it didn't solve the problem.

That question is best directed to the Addon creators as to how their Addons behave and install.
