Android Firefox: I have set a homepage in the the settings and gone back to see that it's memorized; ok. Every time I start firefox it starts on the last page viewed, Not the homepage. Then we have to fiddle around to get home. How do I make the program forget using the history to start from?

Is application closed or is only hidden in the background? You have to close it for real, so it will start on the homepage.

  1. Go to Options -> Privacy
  2. Put a check mark next to Clear private data on exit.
  3. In the pop-up window, select Opened tabs. Your tabs will be deleted each time you quit Firefox.
  4. Then tap Set.
  5. The Quit option will be now available in the menu.

Next time, you want to exit Firefox, use Quit. It will start on the homepage.
