I want my Firefox as it was in before. Tabs BELOW everything. Only 3 lines. Totally customizable. Classic Theme working. Etc. The person who changed the appearance to be like every other bad browser on market, should go to jail.

I know about it. I passed that PAINFUL procedure. But I wonder, why the hell, cannot we have the simple option in View to change the tabs position as we want, like it was possible before? The f..kn "tabs on top" is unhuman and illogical. Firefox has been known for being user-friendly and totally customizable. I always have had only 3 lines with menu placed in top line with address bar. Now it is also impossible- I had to put menu on top alone so I have 4 lines. Anyway- thank you for the answer, even if it is a known info on hundreds of pages.

Hi, Firefox is at version 60 now and it shows you at version 57. I would suggest updating to get all fixes as well as security updates which you can note here as to what has been done : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/releases/

Note that Tabs have and will be always on top. The Extension you were using is no longer available for 57+ due to security.

You can use custom style rules to move the tabs bar. Firefox looks for a file named userChrome.css at startup and applies those rules to the user interface. When you have 10 minutes, here's what you do:

(A) Create a new chrome folder in your profile folder.

(B) Download the following file and move it into that chrome folder:

(C) Rename that file to just userChrome.css

The next time you quit Firefox and start it up again, it should discover that file and apply the rules.
