Firefox app using camera
My apps permission security feature on my phone alerted me that Firefox used my camera at 9:11 am. Why would that need to happen and how can I prevent it from happening again.

Firefox only requests access to the camera when websites ask for access. The default behavior is to not grant access.
Granting the permission is a two step process with each step requiring the user to confirm the request. On the first camera request Firefox will show the Android permission prompt. If you choose to grant that request then there is a prompt from Firefox that requires user approval.
