Hello, I have a problem with Firefox at YouTube. Every video I try to play, it happens the same, this same problem appears. I've tried everything, restarting, cleaning, removing RegEdit of Firefox, nothing helps. I think others may have this problem but not noted. I've tried Safe Mode, no plugins, etc. I've tried embeds, they make this too.

This is what happens when trying to open any YT video/embed.

Does the tab crash or is there only a problem with the media player?

edit: OK, I see in the screenshot you posted above that the tab crashes

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Hi, suggest you reinstall your Video Card Drivers from Scratch for your AMD Radeon(TM) R7 Graphics driverDate: 5-16-2018 as it is your AMD Drivers that are crashing.

How much ram do you have ??

opencl drivers are also the issue and it is thought that a clean install rather than updating maybe a solution.

Hi please reread my last reply, was backwards.

Trouble is we are not working on getting Chrome to work properly we trying to get your favourite browser to work properly as it should.

This entails disregarding what other things do. Work on the solutions given with the information we have.

It is all amd drivers that are causing Firefox to crash. Am sure you can also view the crash report and can see for your self.

How about this after some new video card drivers are installed.

Please uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 60.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

I did better thing, I'll show/describe you: -> Downloaded this: non-whql-win10-64bit-radeon-software-crimson-relive-16.2.1-sep20.exe from AMD website, then clicked Uninstall everything instead of reinstalling/updating. And what? Now works all the stuff on YT. Weird.
