Hello,

I have two computers. (1) Computer is normal 1080p Windows 8.1 with NO Touchscreen. Latest Firefox installed. (2) Computer is normal 1080p Windows 10 with Touchscreen. Latest Firefox installed.

I go to a particular website and for the exact same website Firefox behaves differently. Computer (1) the links work perfectly fine. However, computer (2) the links do not work.

Have you heard of this before? Any particular way to solve it?

I have already uninstalled and installed Firefox, cleared cache, cleared cookies, and refreshed it. Nothing is working.

Please Help.

With a touchscreen, from time to time there are some sites where the mouse doesn't work and touch needs to be used. This usually affects drop-down menus (scripted features), but not ordinary links in a table of contents or paragraph of text.

We had a report of this behavior on Windows 10 just yesterday: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1223207

Not sure why this problem is suddenly returning...

That is the exact same laptop that I have. Could there be a connection? Have you guys figured out a solution yet? What do you think it could be?

I don't know any more than I posted so far.

Can you think of any very recent Windows 10 update or HP update that could have suddenly changed Firefox 60 from working to not working? Mozilla might need to change something as a result.

Do not really know, I just got this laptop and installed Firefox on it. Noticed the problem and came here. Haven't had it really long enough for any kind of updates or what not. I could try updating it and see if that changes anything.
