I am getting error message reading "You’re out of storage space and will soon be unable to send or receive emails until you free up space or purchase..."

I downloaded an app from Google so that I could access a file on Google Drive. It began downloading files from my computer and soon began displaying the error message above. I appear not to be getting emails since then, about five hours ago. I have deleted the app and (as instructed) cancelled an account, but I continue to get the error message and (apparently) not to be able to send or receive emails.

HI, how is this a Firefox issue ? Suggest you contact the app maker and or Google regarding the issue as you installed it and followed someones recommendation to uninstall it. Follow up with that. As to where the files went you may want to move them or delete them to free up room. Also restart your system, the error may clear, or not but the error is not a Firefox error.

I hope that wasn't some kind of malware.
