I used skype for years to do video calls to a friend in NZ. After Microsoft bought Skype, I started having problems. Now, even though I've updated my Microsoft account, reluctantly, I am unable to skype because it says my browser--Firefox, doesn't support audio and video calling. Why? Do I need to switch to a different browser? Please advise.

Hi, Firefox does. Microsoft does not make it easy as they own it. and make it hard for Firefox to connect. It as as yo said. Not much can do when it is proprietary software.
