Not quite sure how to explain this, but bare with me.

Just got a new Windows 10 laptop, and when I downloaded Firefox the hover feature (example, when I'm on Tumblr, generally when I put the cursor over someone's user icon, a little menu/box will pop up with pictures from their blog and what not) is not working.

I have not done anything to my settings, and it works fine on my other Windows 10 laptop.

Any one have any advice on how to fix this? Thank you!

HI, if running a Microsoft mouse check the bottom of the mouse for the model and please update the drivers here : https://www.microsoft.com/accessories/downloads/mouse-keyboard-center

Please reinstall : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 61.0.2 with a Full Version Installer

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
