There was a delay due to a startup crash bug and I have seen a comment from a Mozilla employee that the Android Firefox 64.0 may be next week?.

https://product-details.mozilla.org/1.0/mobile_versions.json is one of the better sources for what the current release is.

At least for the Moz release notes, all you have to do is tap which system you are looking for in any version page.

your json list is very handy though. i used to just go to the builds archive but idk where that is off the top of my head and i only have my phone right now. i did not intend to introduce any confusion.
