I selected the allow button for all my files, etc., because it would not let me download an article. Want to change it back to not letting them have access.

Could you try this:

Open Android Settings

Tap Apps

Tap Firefox

Scroll down to the APP SETTINGS section and tap Permissions

Does that let you revoke the permissions you want to revoke?
