firefox crash
I have post this questions a week ago but there is no response of my questions. I re-post it and hope someone could help to resolve the problem. The firefox v.65 crash , usually after 3o mins, when I have the new brought photoshop elements 2019 program running in the background. After crashed I try to restore the tab. However, firefox crash again right after restart and restore the tab. If I keep trying to restore the tab. The firefox has no response and freeze. A error message come out " video driver failed to restart ....... Sometime the computer get into blue screen and die. i find that the problem also happen with Microsoft Edge browser too. I google the possible issue of the crash and get some information regarding the crash. It may be cause by the photoshop element face detection feature use too much memory to run the program or the program has memory leak problem that cause firefox crash.
I did check my computer RAM memory and PC window system files. they did not show any error. I refresh firefox and reinstall my video driver. However, it make no change of the crash situation. The firefox crash and Blue screen die issues only happen if I run my photoshop element and premier 2019 program at the same time. Adobe support said that it was not photoshop element program problem for the firefox crash.
I want to find out what is the root problem of the crash and how to fix it. I also want to know any known issue firefox crash assoicated with photoshop elements program.

thanks for providing some crash ids - did you manually adjust your system's page file settings? if yes please restore them to their default and let the system manage the size of the page file... https://lifehacker.com/understanding-the-windows-pagefile-and-why-you-shouldnt-5426041
in addition you might want to go to the firefox menu ≡ > options > privacy & security panel and under permissions check the setting to prevent accessibility services from accessing your browser - this shouldn't be directly be related to those crashes but improves the performance of firefox.
Hi philipp, Thank you. it works. However, I still get one crash ( see below the crash report).
Please advise.
Thanks

Very odd report, not showing the version number.
Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Note: Check Both Folders
Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac
Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder Firefox in your home directory. http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Look for, and remove any Mozilla or Firefox program folders. Do not remove the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.
Do Not remove any profile folders.
After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner if you have one. Then run the installer. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ If there is a problem, start your Computer in safe mode and try again.

Hi FredMcD, I find Mozilla firefox folder under program files, Mozilla maintenance folder under program files (x86) and Mozilla folder under ProgramData. My question is that do I need to uninstall all above folders? Moreover, Do I need to uninstall the Firefox by programs and features first and then remove the above folders?
I attached a firefox crash error message screen shot happened while I am typing this email. The crash make the pc dark screen. I have to reboot the computer to restore firefox.
Thanks,
Louis
If you use the Uninstall, something could be left behind.
Just follow the instructions I posted above. Remove ONLY what I listed.
Hi FredMcD, I have followed your instruction to reinstall Firefox. Firefox run OK for 5 hours and crash exactly same as last time. Firefox unable to restart after crash and the error message from window is exactly the same as last time ( see the screenshot I sent you last message). Computer graphic driver unable to start after crash that make the screen black out. I have to reboot the computer in order to write and send this report. According to the error message the crash may cause by the insufficient page memory to run the Firefox.
Below is the Firefox crash report :

Hi FredMcD,
Firefox 66.01 and the program Photoshops element organizer both crashed at the same time after running 3 hours. Firefox did not create a crash report as usual and it can be restore to the last tab. I did not know why firefox was not able to create a crash report as usual. I think the photoshops program may run out all the page file memory and cause firefox and photoshop element both crash.
Would you able to troubleshooting the issue without the crash report?
Thanks, Louis
Check with Photoshops support. Maybe they can help.
Hi FredMcD,
