Every time I change windows FIREFOX OPTION WINDOW OPENS WILL NOT CLOSE NO WAY TO CONTACT FIREFOX THEY WILL DO NOTHING IF THEY DO NOT ADDRESS THIS WILL DEFEAT FIREFOX FOR GOOD NO WAY TO TEX OR CALL FIREFOX

What do you mean what "options windows opens" are you referring to? Screen shot of your setting? And how was firefox updated? This is a End user firefox help forum not a ticket request support like Amazon or Online retailers support.

This s the first we heard of this.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
