Since the latested update from Firefox I am unable to use SafeMoney

more options

I have Kaspersky Total Security which is great for on line banking because it uses Safe Money, but since the latest updates from Firefox I am unable to use it. I keep getting an error message in some sites and others won't even open at all it goes straight to the normal window without protection. As kaspersky is a add on, do I have to grant permission in private browsing to allow this site to be accessed. kaspersky do not know what is causing the problem and believe it is Firefox that is causing the issue. To be honest Kaspersky has talked me through several procedures and still it will not work.

So, do I need to grant permission in private browsing and if so how do I do this please as I have looked at several forums and I would be grateful for some clarification?

Many thanks

Julie

Have you contacted Kaspersky support?

I have been asked if I have contacted kaspersky support, Above in my previous message where it gives a run down of what they have said. I have done reports screenshots of the problem and still they do not know what is causing it. Nobody seems to be able to resolve my problem, which is preventing me from doing on line banking. My problem only persisted after i had the latest update from Firefox, so to be honest I am really annoyed. The other problem I keep getting is when I close the latest window in Firefox it says Firefox is not responding because Firefox is still running. It is driving me up the wall. Oh how I love updates. So it appears that no one can help me and after a week of spending God only knows how much time reading forums and following instructions from Kaspersky i am no further forward
