I cannot delete cookies and websites claim cookies are not enabled, though they are.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app a few times, which solves the problem for a few weeks. Then, websites start complaining about cookies not being enabled again. The cookies become unable to be deleted as well. It's starting to get annoying having to reinstall the app every week or so.
