There was used to pop up a window with more information, if you were hovering your mouse over an event in the today pane. This does not work anymore.

There was used to pop a window with more information about an event, if you were hovering your mouse over an event in the today pane. This does not work anymore recently. In the actual calendar it is still working. Or is there a way to display the location of an event directly in the today pane.

I can't explain why the tooltip isn't visible in the Today Pane, I notice it's still there when you hover on an event in the Events search pane (Events & Tasks/Find Events). The results can be filtered on Today's Events, which is a kind of Today Pane.
