When logged on into an online account, downloaded pdf files appear to be corrupted and can’t be opened

Only on my iOS and android device. Firefox shows the files as downloaded, but the downloaded size doesn’t match the original file size and the file can’t be opened, neither through Firefox nor through the regular pdf reader of android/iOS. How can I solve that issue ?

It only occurs when I’m logged on online accounts (ie I typed a username and password, that granted me access to some data (eg bank online account...)
