How do I configure Enhanced Tracking Protection to allow twitter references to show in news stories, etc.?

I am currently running Windows 10 and my Firefox is updated to the most current version. I have enhanced Tracking Protection on for most sites. However, if I am reading say a sports story and the twitter responses show in the body of the story how do I configure the Protection to stay on but allow the twitter feed to come through? This might actually work better if I try it this way. Let's say I have a site with Enhanced Blocking off and it displays like the first picture but with it on it displays like the second. But I want the protection of the blocking onbut allow the twitter feed. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You can check in the Web Console what content is blocked with Tracking Protection enabled and use a content blocking extension to block this content.

Thank you for responding. I looked at the video on the page you directed me to and to be honest this type of software interaction is way beyond me. As far as extensions I wouldn't even be sure what to look for if I want to block all ads and trackers except for the Twitter posts in stories.
