Can't locate an email folder. A Thunderbird search shows the messages and its folder, but I can't locate the actual folder.

I have many folders organized in Thunderbird that I use AOK. Yet, For example when I search for "Netflix", I get a list of several emails that indicates they are Netflix, and if I click on one it indicates its location is "Netflix". However, when looking under all the folders and subfolders displayed on the left side of my Thunderbird UI, I cannot find the "Netflix" subfolder. Is there a way of getting the subfolder tree displayed so that I can find where the message actually is without having to use the search function for it. Thanks for your help.

Hi Having found the message, you can right click on it and choose open message in containing folder. That should open the message and expand the folder list on the left to show where it is. Please report back the result.

Yes! Using "Open Message in Containing Folder" expanded the folder list and I found the subfolder. Apparently, I had "misplaced it" a while ago ... probably a "dragging" to relocate mistake that I hadn't noticed.

Your help was a life saver. I found other "lost" subfolders that were organized with the one I just found.

Thanks much!
