Hi, on both my computers Facebook won't load in Firefox. It works fine with my wife's account in other browsers. It isn't the account as it still works from my phone. No matter how I go to FB, it will say at the bottom "...transferring data from", but then it will stop and screen just goes white. Sometimes it says, "Something went wrong". I have tried clearing all the date in Firefox and using CCleaner. I have tried starting in safe mode. I have tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing works, but ever other page works just fine on both computers. Anything you have to suggest would be greatly appreciate it. It is, by far, my favorite browser and I hate to have to use another one just for FB. Thanks

Hi, I did not try that but was able to resolve the issue. What I did was closed down Firefox on both computers and ran CCleaner on both and then opened both and Facebook now works again on both. Not sure if that is just a coincidence, but I will take it. Thanks again for the prompt responses.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thank you very much for the quick response.

That is actually the first thing I did. No, it did not work. The problem is still there. The strangest thing is that it is on both my computers. I started using the second computer a couple of weeks ago and everything was fine until a few days ago and now it doesn't work on either. I can also go to a general support page for Facebook, but when I click "return to Facebook" it does not load the page. I verified again this morning that the account is fine as it still works from my phone. It doesn't seem like it would be on FB's end of things anyway because even when I go to their general login page it doesn't load. I am stumped.

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
