For some reason all my archived folders are empty. I have a backup on my PC, so i restored it but each time Thunderbird synchronizes the account with Gmail or Hotmail all emails are removed. Folders are set for offline use.

I managed to do it. I copped .msf and other files from backup imap folder to local folder, then in Thunderbird copy emails from local folders to archive.
