I am using Mozilla Thunderbird as my email client. I have two different email addresses that I am using. Is there a way so that when I <click> reply or <click> write from either account that the email address would contain in the From field the address of just one account?
Example: First email account address JB@home.com Second email account address J_B@gmail.com
So if I click reply to an email that has been sent to the address JB@home.com and I click on the reply to this email so that in the From field it would put J_B@gmail.com.
Is this possible? thanks for you help

If the @home account is set to send through the gmail smtp, gmail will automatically switch out the @home address so that recipients see the message as sent from the gmail account. Tools/Account Settings, select the @home account in the left pane, then select the gmail smtp in the Outgoing Server (SMTP) drop-down in the right pane. It's more common for users to accidentally associate the gmail smtp with a non-gmail account, not knowing about the switch.
In general, if a gmail smtp is not used, there is an add-on to set the sending account on a per folder basis:
