I receive unwanted e-mails from several companies. The easiest way to get rid of them is to create a block list of e-mail addresses, which I have done. However if I want to add a new entry, it's difficult. The only way I can find is: Right-click on From address; this creates a new, separate block list; having done that, a list of block lists is shown, and I can add the new entry to the original block list and delete the new block list. If there's a more direct route to the list of block lists, I can't find it.

This is a never-ending battle. Some of them switch the 'from' address to get by such blocking.

The e-mail provider I use can be set up so that everything I get goes into the 'junk' mail folder except for those mailings I flagged as safe.

Sorry, this doesn't help with my question. The e-mails I object to are not spam, they are from respectable companies from which I've bought things before, but I don't want or need any of their products now. It's easy but inconvenient to create a new block list for each such company. As I described, putting them together into one block list is a rather roundabout process. I think it used to be easier, but either that option has been removed or I can't find it.
