Hi, JavaScript is enabled by default and I don't think it can be disabled. However, content blockers can block some scripts, causing sites to guess that JavaScript is disabled. You could look at whether one of these is the cause:

(A) Enhanced Tracking Protection

Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for Android

(B) Add-ons

You can check what Add-ons you have installed/enabled using:

menu > Add-ons
