Experiencing issues since upgrade to TB 78.2.2 (32 bit) about 5 days ago.

Toad-Hall had a successful fix for sending of message failed issue that required changing in Config Editor the TLS version. That enabled me to receive messages, but I get the following error when I try to send:

Sending of the message failed. The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) smtp.glbb.jp timed out. Try again.

My web mail works correctly -- the issue is that TB on my laptop times out when attempting to send email

SMTP settings are correct for my ISP.

Appreciate any help to get this latest TB issue fixed.

I think I have solved my issue, after talking again with my ISP (GLBB in Okinawa)

on outgoing smtp.glbb.jp server, changed port to 465 (from 587) Changed Configuration security to SSL/TLS (from STARTTLS)
