With the new Thunderbird it doesn't look like I can add a New Contact to the All Addresses List, just the Personal Addresses and Collected Addresses List. Is that right? If not, how do I add a contact to the All Addresses List?

Chosen solution

All addresses is a built on the fly amalgam of "ALL Addresses" in all address books. You can not and never have been able to add addresses to that address book, simply because it does not really exist. It exists as an entry in a tree that displays the contents of all address books.
