Duplicate accounts created through Telus/Gmail migration

As the subject line popped up before I typed it I assume this is a familiar issue.

I now have duplicate accounts which I cannot edit because (in server settings) I get An account with this name already exists. Please enter a different account name I also get the pop-up (below) for my pop account password every time I log-in - which I cancel.

Could you point me in the direction where this must have been answered previously. Thanks.

just change the name of the account the cursor is blinking in. Then you can do what you want.

Thanks Matt. I've been fretting over this for months. Which I'd realized it was that easy.
