When I'm composing an email I want to use a strikethrough text option as well as bold, italic and underscore (I'm used to being able to do this.) Is this possible with Mozilla please (And if not, why not ?!) Thanks

It's possible only for HTML-format messages, from the Format menu or the Formatting Bar (see picture). Press Alt if the Format menu or View/Toolbars are hidden.
