You may wish to try Firefox for Android Beta or Nightly where about:config is available.

I really don't, I want Firefox to trust their users enough to allow them to access any service they want rather than arbitrarily blocking ports, not to daily drive an unstable release. this is just twisting my arm towards competition browsers
