How to apply the browser theme only to its own UI, not websites?

Among other things, I didn't like the bright theme of the browser UI in the newer version. I prefer the browser itself to have darker theme. However, I didn't expect it to affect websites, and I don't want it to. How do I set the browser to a dark theme that has no affect on sites' themes?

Hi

Thank you for your question.

I do not believe that this is something that we are going to be looking to change at the present time. A greater number of users look for theme to be picked up by the pages they are viewing as it is less uncomfortable to the eye.
