I would like to create Certificate backup since I am planning to install new operating system.

Setting - Certificates - view certificates - selected the certificate which I wanted to backup - click Backup - type File name - Save - typed certificate backup password 2x - click OK

The following message appears: Failed to create the PKCS #12 backup file for unknown reasons.

I tried several times + I tried also Backup all option - but same issue appears.

Approx. 5 months ago I did certificate backup for my wife and it worked without any issues, now I have no clue what is the reason for not working.

Any idea/suggestion?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Are you using a Primary Password and are you logged in to the software security device in case this makes a difference ?
