Built-in BisonPro webcam flickers when using Firefox
I am using the latest Firefox build 108.0.1 ((64-bit) and every time I attempt using Google Meet my camera always flickers when I am in bright light. I am on Windows 10 Pro version 22H2 and my laptop built-in camera is a BisonCam NB Pro with driver version 10.0.19041.1741 from Microsoft. When I use the built-in Camera application it works fine. When I use Microsoft Edge it works fine. But when I use Firefox the camera flickers on Google Meet. I have tried turning on camera acceleration in Firefox but it still flickers. If my ambient room light is low the camera doesn't flicker but that is of no use since the image is very dim and not worth using for conference mode. When I turn on the lights the camera flickers. I t appears like firefox cannot handle the bright light. Strange but when I am using Microsoft Edge (the latest version) the camera works fine even in bright light.
So I am wondering i this is a bug in Firefox or perhaps the built-in camera features are outdated. Using Microsoft Edge with the camera on Google Meet or any other webcam platform and it is PERFECT! The light balance is excellent even in bright light. So why does this happen only in Firefox? I have tried restarting Firefox in troubleshooting mode which disables all plugins and extensions but Firefox still does not work properly with my built-in BisonPro webcam in Google Meet and I get all this annoying flickering in different colors.
My graphics driver is the latest and using Intel HD Graphics 4000 driver from Intel.
I've even tried switching off my Kaspersky antivirus but the camera still flickers with firefox.
So please help or maybe Firefox needs to be fixed or updated?

The basic reason for the webcam flickering is the difference between the shutter speeds and the frequency of the light in your office. Didn't get that part? Well, we have broken it down in a much simpler way below, so read it to have an idea.
Difference Between Camera Shutter Speed and Lights When you are using your webcam in a well-lit room, there is an interaction between your webcam and the lights in the room. An AC supply powers your normal room's light, so the current keeps reversing.
Therefore, the light is on for a millisecond and off for the other. This cycle is so short that you normally don't notice the oscillations with the naked eye. However, your camera can notice it if the refresh rate of your room’s light and the shutter speed of your camera are different.

Still doesn't solve my problem with Firefox with Google Meet. If this is the case then why does my camera work perfectly when I use Microsoft Edge (browser)? This problem only occurs when I use Firefox.

I looked up the Webcam and the driver if from Lenovo not Microsoft so that can also be a issue as well. And your Intel Driver is that OEM or download install? Also what kinda computer are we talking about here? If this is factory then you need to stay with OEM driver/software not use software found outside of the OEM driver/software first. Might not be but we need to know what system specs that is and what O/S it comes with.
My laptop is a Sager (Clevo) brand. The Intel driver is what came from Microsoft and is the same one as on the Intel site. I cannot stay with the OEM because the OEM that came with this is outdated for Windows 7 and I am running Windows 10 Pro now. I don't think it is the driver because if it is the driver then the camera should not work properly at all with other applications like the Windows 10 Camera app or with Microsoft Edge browser (which replaced Internet Explorer). The problem occurs only with Firefox so I am suspicious that it has something to do with Firefox.
